Re: Midnight Castle by Elephant Games

I've got 2 games going, Tiramasue2 and Berengaria.  I started a second one because I was just doing the Ho scenes and not reading what the character's were telling me and didn't have a clue what the storyline was.  I can't access the first game I started, it was on the computer that died.

In my first game, on at level 18.  Haven't hit the dreaded bow figurine, yet.  The BF forum has good information regarding strategy for dealing with it.

If you can't fill the airship, it will leave partially packed after 16 hours.  You get the coins for the goods you pack at the time that you pack the crates, but if all the crates aren't packed, you will not get any pet food or stamps or earn any steering wheels.

I've been struggling to pack the ship in my one game.  Every trip it wants ancient scrolls.  That's why I had onky scrolls on my wishlist:  I hoped my friends would see that and realize just how desperate I was.  And they did.

If I didn't have enough stuff, I'd let the ship go empty and hope that the next ship I can pack fully. (I've already got the 24 ships in a row achievement.)  If you don't have that achievement yet, I'd recommend ignoring the quests and just starting at the tavern and playing all the HO scenes over and over to build up your stock.

Re: Midnight Castle by Elephant Games

I've met Skull Pete and completed the first of 6 Bow Figurine quests.  I won the Spawn of Light on the Fortune Wheel which shortened the quest a bit.

I just won a Manticore Egg for my second game in a name that egg contest on the BF forums.

Re: Midnight Castle by Elephant Games

There's an update.  We now have daily quests and there's some new pets added.  The colors appear brighter.  There's also a map and the pet food has been revamped.  It's looking good.

Re: Midnight Castle by Elephant Games

I've competed 4 trips to the Bow Figurine.  Still have 2 more to go before I reach level 22.

Re: Midnight Castle by Elephant Games

Well, Elephant Games bowed to the pressure from those unable to tough it out and complete the bow figurine.  They're gone in and made it so simple that it's now easier to open than Binding Egg or Carnivous Lily.  Probably easier than the Harp in Blossoms.

Re: Midnight Castle by Elephant Games

I have had a fantastic day at the Castle.

Not only did I complete all levels before the update is issued either Monday or Tuesday, but I received TWO eggs as gifts.  I must have the most fantastic friends in the world.

Re: Midnight Castle by Elephant Games

Another update.  This is to fix bugs, don't think it contains any new content.

Re: Midnight Castle by Elephant Games

Good day at the castle.

In one game I won a parrot egg on the fortune wheel AND I have enough coins to craft it.  In my other game, I traded for a Hippo egg and earned the final achievement for doing Daily Quests.
