I am so sorry that you lost your game. I really hope you get it back.  I'm on my 3rd restart, having lost the game twice. I had gotten to 22 and then lost it again. Then I got to about 18 and lost it. Now I'm 18 again. With the slightest indication of lag, I close the game using the task manager, but sometimes the game still abruptly closes on me. 

I am enjoying starting over, so I probably wont ask them to fix my game, but not sure if I'll start again if I lose it this time. My original intention was just to get to friends so I could take down my wish list. Then to get to the rooms so I could put up a Halloween room for my friends. By the time I got that far, the game sucked me back in.

Thank you GulfCoastGuppy. That was so kind of you to post the information. I am so glad the game will continue. And thank you for the chuckle on "no one will know".  I am working on the challenge (again). Lord knows why considering the likelihood of losing the game again is pretty high.

I'm level 18. After losing my game again at level 22, i think, it didn't seem fair for me to ask for the 5k eggs from my friends on this current game. This makes leveling incredibly slow especially with the challenge. Right now I'm stuck at it wanting 10 items from the wheel. Sadly, I had already gotten the wheel to $300 coin because of a DQ, so I can't start it until tomorrow. At level 22, Chamberlain will be requesting the Ancestor's Spirit, so I plan on staying there awhile to build up coin. My friends are very generous with gifting Unique Stamps since most of them are well beyond needing them. I'm going to stop leveling at 22 with Chamberlain as that was just before I lost the game again, and in hopes I wont trigger another crash.

How do I put a ticket in to BF? I tried to uninstall/reinstall to get my game back, but didn't work, so I thought at least I could try to get some of my gold, diamonds, inventory, pets back.

Trying to figure out if it's easier to stay at your level are get a little higher. At your level, you don't have endless hos, yes? Does that make getting airship items very difficult? And then, I realized ;you are too low to add the ice breath to your wish list, so what do you do to get shards for Trina? It seems stay ultra low for the DQ's was worth it, I think. Did you finish the DQ's? I'm only level 19, so I have a ways to go, but I have these absolutely wonderful friends that have been gifting eggs to me, so I have hit a road block yet for coins. I did run out of blue stamps once, so far. I don't mind stay really low level. I've seen all the content, so no need to kill the cat. Well, except for greater than 102 or 104 when I lost my game.  Thank you so much for your input.

Good for you, mdpetdoc. If you don't mind me asking, where in the game are you? It looks like you have to zones opened? I was thinking of going up to the 3rd zone. Sorry I don't remember their names. Somewhere someone once said that 36 or 37 seemed to be the optimal level to maximize (balance out?) the airships. Going up to what I think is the 3 zone, the city something I think, would allow me to play continuously. Does that make since? But you seem to be content with level 28. I would love to hear your feedback on it.
