I've just been to Gizmotek!!!!  There's a black miasma around it, but at least I made it there.  And I opened the Black Chest!!!!  What a day, what a day!  2 of my games had full energy so I used a 20% off HO energy needed last night for one of them, my energy lasted just about the half hour.  I did a couple low cost ones on the other game and used a 30% off energy today and got both of them to Gizmotek and the Shrine.  Of course I have no energy now, lol.  I should go ahead and use my other HO energy reduction keepsakes soon, shouldn't I?  You kinda don't need them anymore after you get the Shrine, right?  Not that I'm there yet, but I've got several of them.

I'm scared.  The Game Manager notice for the AK update on my laptop isn't there this morning.  Could it have updated itself?  I don't have much money on that game, I was still planning on playing lots of Fungus Hut.

Thanks for the warning.  I'm in the middle of the Gizmotek timed event and I don't need any problems.  I've still got plenty of quests left to fo.

ANd I've got oodles to do on the iPad game.  I haven't even started the Yura Festival and the latest update included the Gizmotek event.  On iPad however, you are forced to update or you can't play.
 

Thanks for the warning!  I'll just finish up those %$@@&% string puzzles and replenish my collections.  Or not.  I just read the threads in BFG AK forum.  Boomzap advises people NOT to D/L the update!  There are some work-arounds for problems but I think I'll wait a bit.

Wendy -- I saw you question in the Forums -- If you are using a PC you can usually click "continue" and play the game you were playing.  If you are on an iPad you HAVE to accept the update.

They've updated the update.  Everything sounds good except for it's displaying a tad bit small, but that might be able to be fixed in settings.  I'll probably do it in a couple days, I still have plenty to do.  Shaggy and Wendy have the Dark Chest and are trying to clear the miasma to get into Gizmotek but they still need the last door tiles.  Shagcat hasn't gotten to Gizmotek yet, or gotten the Dark Chest, but did just get the last door tile, so he's going in a different direction.  I really need to restart Shaggy, he can't accept messages and him and Wendy are pretty much in the same spot.  I guess I could make my life easier and just retire Shaggy.
