Re: Awakening Kingdoms

That really sucks, Tirama.  I don't have much food at all on my new game, I haven't been able to save any money to buy any and I still have several people wanting ten thousand and more, plus expensive upgrades that take tens of thousands.  Oh, well...

Re: Awakening Kingdoms

I have used nearly 800 units of energy and still have only 1 dress to show for it.  I have to leave the game running, so the how long I've been playing stat is totally useless.  I'm 7,000 points away from leveling up.  I have about 1000 units of energy worth of food, and I would use some of it if I had made more progress.  I'm afraid if I use it it would be like throwing it away.

Re: Awakening Kingdoms

I've used just about all of my food, cashed in sets, played mini games, anything to get enough experience to level up and keep playing.  I've used more than 2,000 units of energy and I still need 1 more dress, the leafy green one.

I hope that whatever I need from the treasure vault drops more easily.

Re: Awakening Kingdoms

You're so close Tirama.  Good luck!  I found one lousy coruscating dust.

Re: Awakening Kingdoms

I got it.  Next Yura Quest, I need 3 Mystic Gemshorns and 1 more Sun Tambourine.  Then I get to spend 18,000 bolgins on castle upgrades, 12,000 of which go for an ugly road.

I need 5 radient dust, which is found in Rosetum Gardens.  While playing many times trying for those dresses, I got exactly 1 dust.  So not amused.

Re: Awakening Kingdoms

I'm so happy you found all the dresses.  I remember on the first game I did the whole festival in one or two days, even the Gemshorns dropped easily.
So I started Awakenings The Skyward Castle, I think I finished it already but it goes with AK perfectly.  I fixed my wounded Pegacorn, then in the second scene I came across Ria, who had been turned to stone.  I gave her a flower and it cured her.  It's neat, because as soon as I saw her it was, Hey, it's Ria!  Her grandfather runs the Wingferry, she's informed me.  Can't wait to get into town more, I know I've played part of it because I remember the wingferry scene coming up shortly.  It's pretty neat playing the regular game version.

OMG, there was a poster of the royal family on a pillar.  I wonder if the Steward glued it there?

Would have to be the previous steward.  Awakening Kingdoms takes place after the Skyward Castle game.  Probably very soon after.  Sophia continues her journey in the bonus chapter and next games, and I guess we arrive after the battle that takes place in the bonus chapter.  There was a cool mini game in the Bonus Chapter with Captain Greg. Only part of the extra chapter I really enjoyed.

Re: Awakening Kingdoms

These Yura Quests are no fun at all.  I played Treasure Vault 12 times before I got my first Gemshorn.  Still need 2 more.

Re: Awakening Kingdoms

I was happy to get the Yura Quests over too.  And restore the castle and grounds to their lovely pre-Yura appearance!  And my squabitt was SUPER HAPPY.  He got to ditch that stupid hat!
