It's going to take me forever to heal my Pegacorn. I juts don't have the stockpile of resources the rest of you do. I'm only on level 24 since I had to start over when my computer died.
I just finished teh last of the Busy Troglid quests and opened up Gobholme or whatever its called. Most of the Pegacorn quests are require multiples of items from several places, so I'll be loking at bouncing quest signs over most of my locations for quite some time.
I've also got a bunch of inhabitants whinging that they need their emporium upgraded. If Pegacorn was well, I grab my squabbit and Captain Greg and fly off into the sunset. Let Queen Sophia come back and deal with her subjects.

I LOVE it! Unfortunately we're the Stewards so we sort of have to stay!

Oops! Sorry Wendy. The sale is for RL money to use buying discounted crystals and bolgins. And all food is on sale. I checked with Boomzap and they said the Pegacorn was only on sale for a limited time. I'm not sure why. You might click on the Pet Shop and see if you have a button for "select new helper".
Tirama -- if there is something you need in the multiples let me know. I'm pretty depleted too but I plan to try and stock up since my only quest is to get to level 48.

Queen Sophia was less than upfront about what the job entails. She said she was putting me in charge. She didn't say that I would have to give money to and perform errands for a never-ending line of helpless hobbits who also expect me to look after their stores and do their jobs while they're off somewhere, no doubt thinking up more tasks for me to do.
I just gave in and upgraded the orchard to level 4 so I can buy some food. I hope the sale is still on by the time the upgrade is complete. No doubt as soon as the building is finished the Forrester will be back nagging me to upgrade to level 5.

Wendy -- You aren't the only person who missed the Pegacorn. Some people never even saw it! I wouldn't have either if I hadn't come here instead of going to bed. The workers at Boomzap aren't sure why the Pegacorn was such a small window to buy. They're trying to get the Producer (whoever that is) to put it back in the game.
Tirama -- So you want 100% honesty? Would you have taken the job if Queen Sophia had been 100% honest? Sheesh. She was probably glad to be able to shove all this stuff onto someone else! The food sale will be on until sometime April 7.

After the Orchard was upgraded, the Forester makes some sort of remark about being happy he is able to give back to the community. You then click get reward, and bingo! He's back, looking for another handout to upgrade to level 5. So much for giving back. How about a quest where these needy, greedy can't do anything for or by themselves residents GIVE me something rather than this constant take, take, take.
The reason the place is such a dump is not because the evil Dreadmyre destroyed it, it's because until I arrived, nobody ever did anything.

I've been grinding away playing the Fungus Hut game to earn bolgins so I can buy sandwiches. I've gotten over 200 so far! A nice side benefit to that game is the 500+ XP you get each time you play it. I leveled up yesterday and am closing in on leveling again (at 76k XP).. I'm also trying to get the reward for all trophies. Once I get that there won't be much reason to play much. I still have 5 buildings to get to level 5. I should be able to get those done after the food sale ends. I decided my Pegacorn is female so I parted with 20 of my precious crystals to buy her a corsage pendant.

lily - you have over 200 sandwiches? Wow! I am so behind in this game it isn't funny. Played the same HO scene 3 times and only got 1 item that I needed. I've got quests for areas that won't open until I'm at level 28 and I'm only at level 24, I think.
I really wish when BoomZap issued the last two updates that they would have put the new quests at the end of the queue instead of sending them concurrently with the quests from the initial release.
Of course, I didn't help matters by buying the Pegacorn. But I feel so overwhelmed by how much stuff I need to find and how much money everybody wants. I'm so afraid to cash in sets for money or experience because somebody might come along asking for thiose items and if it takes me 3 tries at a HO scene to get anything, it will take the rest of my life to finish these quests.

Tirama -- pick and choose what you want to do. You've got forever to heal the Pegacorn. Check the BFG AK thread to see what you need. The buildings can wait. Lord knows mine did (and some are still!). Let me know what you need. Maybe I can help. I have to play one scene twice to get the last trophy and another about 18 times. Then all will be maxed out. I just hit level 49 so I think I'm pretty much at the end. I'll play to get bolgins to get the 5 remaining buildings to level 5 and to fill out my collections but then I'll probably only check in once a day to use up my energy. It's too bad because I really enjoy this game but with no quests....

Other than the Pegacon quests, all my quests involve completion of the relics, handing over large sums of money, upgrading buildings, or playing mini games that need to be unlocked by upgrading buildings. Not that I have the resources to play the mini games.
I wonder if Snow White would like to make a trade? I'll give her Needy, Greedy, Gimme, Whingy, Whiney, Helpless and Lazy in exchange for Sleepy, Sneezy, etc. At least HER 7 went out to work each day.
