Re: Awakening Kingdoms

I'm almost done with the festival.  It went pretty easy for me.  I'm on #14, I already have the 10 Princess books and I have 2 of the Fairy twilight ones.  They're in Dawnshadow Lake, which also has magic paintbrushes and I've gotten 3 of those, you need 10 for the last task.  You also need 10 poster glues, I have 2 of those, so all I need to finish the last two quests is 8 Fairy Twilight books, 7 Magic Paintbrushes, and 8 Poster Glues.  The castle looks so pretty all gussied up for the festival and I like my squabbits festival clothes, too.  I have an absolute ton of other quests but I've been ignoring them to do the festival stuff.  Now I'll have to do the festival on my other computer.

No matter how much I complain, I'm grateful for all I have.

Good to know Wendy.  thank you.

I'm trying to decide if I want to collect as many of the quest items as I can before I start the quest.  I only have to find Leena once more.  Oh rats.  I bet she's in the area that has items I wanted to stockpile.

She's been poisoned or some such and you have to do a scene to wake her.  It has moss, colored liquid, a cup and you have to figure out what to do.  After that scene if you click on one of the "new tasks' it starts the festival.  I've only got 2 books and some glue to find and I'm done in one day.

Re: Awakening Kingdoms

One day!??! Wow!  Good for you Wendy.  I'm going to try and get as many of the multiples as I can before I do the last area to find Leena.  It will take me a long time because I have very little food left and I'll pretty much be using energy.  Also I don't want to buy more food because I've got those castle decorations to pay for,

Re: Awakening Kingdoms

Whew, I paid off 45k to upgrade the orchard.  The only quest I have left is Captain Greg wanting me to upgrade the castle's  pond statue for 15k and the lamps for 10k.

Re: Awakening Kingdoms

sunshinej -- Did you do the Festival quests?  I did the statue and lamps a while back.  The ZOrchard can stay at level 4 as far as I'm concerned.   I think it's going to be a long time before I get to Yura's quests.  I bought a lot of sandwiches in the sale but they are gone now,.  I have very few crystals also.  So I'm going to stockpile what I can of the quest items (there's a thread on BFG that lists everything) and tery and build up coins so I can buy food when I start the quest.  Some of the things you have to FIND during the quest.

Re: Awakening Kingdoms

No I didn't do the festival quests.  Maybe I am not at the right level(?)  I can't do any of the mini games that are on that list.  They have not opened for me yet.

I didn't buy any food in the sale.  Anyways I have saved all the food that has been given to me for my rewards

Re: Awakening Kingdoms

When you finish the festival and click to collect your reward it will fill up your energy so be sure to use it up before you collect the reward.   The fungus tripeaks game works great for making money.  It's a little slow but you do double ;your money.  And 500 exp. points each time makes it pretty easy to level up.
I think I got lucky during the festival.  Whatever that is that you're supposed to find in the treasure vault is notoriously hard to get, I read.  People ended up paying gold to skip that part it was so hard.  I found my 3 things in less than 10 tries so I didn't think it was too bad.  Collecting 10 storybooks from Dawnhope was pretty boring, though, but it also had the magic paintbrushes I needed for the last task so by the time I had the 10 storybooks I also had the 10 brushes.  I just cashed in a collection to get the glue..

Re: Awakening Kingdoms

Wow Wendy!  You were extremely fortunate in Treasure Vault from what I've read.  Some people have played it multiple times and never gotten any of the items.

Re: Awakening Kingdoms

I am so far behind, I doubt I'll ever catch up to the rest of you.  It's great they've added some new collectibles, but I wish they weren't made available at the lower levels.  It just makes it more difficult to get the things needed in the beginning.

I'm finding it a real struggle since my game froze the first time.  Before that, I was breezing through on my restart on my  new laptop, but not now.  Struggling to get those %$&*# Songbird Eggs.  Ditto Dragon Fruit.  Ditto Glass Shards.

Re: Awakening Kingdoms

I'm just about to start Yura's Quest and I'm pretty nervous about it.  I don't have that much food or money and I still need a lot of stuff before I actually have to FIND things in the HOs.

Our supermarket has Dragon Fruit in RL.  It looks exactly like it does in the game.  I have no idea what it tastes like or what yoiu do with it though
