Troglid's started bugging me too. Rigt now the only way I have to get blueprints is to buy them.
You can delay leveling up by not immediately collecting the reward for completing the quest. However, you might earn enough experience in the HO scene and level up anyway.
The only quests I have open are the 2 from the mayor regarding the relics, upgrading the Orchard to level 5 (seriously, what's so special about the Orchard, the general store is only at level 2 and Blessilda seems to have disappeared) and playing Troglid's mini games 7, 8 and 9. Lookslike I'll be playing Apricus Plaza for the next few days.

Thanks Tirama. I think I was just too close to leveling up. I must have gotten enough experience doing the HO scenes.
So far the re-restarted game is going well. But I haven't gotten the quest to find Sophia's ring. I did get a quest to go to Apricus Plaza with the kid but I can't because Seth hasn't givien me the quest to find the pass as yet- I have opened areas I've never seen before so that's good.
I've never gotten the quest to open the Orchard any of the times I've played.

Yikes! I just bid on several items in the Auction and noticed that my coins were gone. I thought the Auction only took your coins if you won an item. Am I wrong?

I think the coins are removed because if you win the auction, you need to have enough coins to pay for it. If somebody outbids you, those coins should be returned.

Thanks Tirama. I just went back in to check the auction and noticed that I did have more coins than when I posted. I never noticed that before and it surprised me. I also don't think the auction is very well explained in the How to Play section.
I have several previous locked areas opened that I never did before but I never got the Sophia's ring quest in this game. I've also never gotten the Orchard but from what I''ve read here I'm glad.

lilyr...Glad that your redo is doing all right for you and you can play the game properly now.
I also don't think that the auction is very well explained. I would like to try to sell some items and I get the jist on how to buy them, but not sell them.
I need blueprints, blueprints and more blueprints. 11 for 1 quest 10 for another quest. I thought I read that there was a easier way to get them. When doing Apricus plaza I just get 1 blueprint per scene.
I thought something was wrong with my game after I did the quest to fix the chandelier and it was still lying broken in the castle. It actually takes 3 quests to fix the chandelier before it is all fixed and hanging up high in the castle.

Ugh, now Quinn wants 5 blueprints. That brings the total up to 26.

I did sell one thing in the Auction for a quest. Haven't tred anything else. I'm spending a LOT of time trolling the Auctions and bidding on stuff. I really, really need a Goblin Rune of Precision -- but so does everyone else! sunshinej -- I think Quinn is a big troublemaker! lol He seems to just keep asking for more and more hard to get stuff!

I'm down to 5 quests: the 2 from the mayor regarding relics; Troglid and his mini game level 9; upgrading the Orchard yet again; and cashing in moonflowers. I'm so tired of playing Dawnshadow Lake and receiving everything but a pink moonflower.

AARRRRGGGGHH!! I was the high bidder on a Goblin Rune of Precision and there was just 20 secs to go and I didn't get it! I think I might buy out a rune. If there's one where the buy out is less than 5000. And I just got the ever annoying Orchard. Well that can wait.
I'm up to level 14 in my restarted game and I'm enjoying the heck out of it! Yes I need a gazillion blueprints and yes everyone wants everything upgraded which takes a lot of coins but I'm opening areas I'd never been in before and the locked areas in some of them. I'd buy some energy IF I could trust that the game is stable and I wouldn't lose everything again.
