You shouldn't lose any progress with the delete, especially if you're registered in the cloud.  It usually let me keep playing without the update but asked me every time, but occasionally there will be an update that requires you to do it. 
I found a few buildings that weren't level 5 so I started building them and got the achievement for so many upgrades, it paid 50 crystals.  Looking through the llist at what I'm within reach of it would get my total up aaround 500, of course that would probably take another month at least to get those achievements.   Maybe I'll get some new quests from updating.

I messed up big time.  I have been watching my PC game for the shrine to be recharged.  It's ready to go but I had to wait a couple hours for my energy bar to be full.  Finally I can play.  And I play two HO scenes (Skyfleet Docks and Sacred Grove) before I realize that I didn't ACTIVATE the shrine.  Energy bar would finish refilling at 4 AM, so I played another HO scene to give me a more civilized hour for the energy bar to be full.

I was working on the quest for Gavin to find the pumpkin he ordered.  I was so surprised when Captain Greg popped up at Skyfleet Docks that I asked him out loud "What are you doing here?"

 

When I used the shrine, I playe quests that led to the opening of a mini scene in Goblin Mines.  That was the end of the quest line, so I played Rosetum to get dew nectar for a mini game quest.  The drop rate was not good.  Finally got enough, then played wherever it is you get zodiac cards.  Got enough to finish one quest and decided to mve on to Stone Circle for mlecular lenses.  The drop rate was excellent.  I think I averaged 3 per play.  I think I'll play the mini games tomorrow and see if they bring in any new quests.

On the iPad, I found 2 more relics.  Just need 1 more for an achievement.  Had to play the two HO scenes a total of seven times to get them.

Crap!   I waited for my energy bar to fill so I could activate the orb but forgot to check the experience bar.  Lost about 900 or my 1100 energy because I leveled up.  Played Dawnshadow Lake to get the earrings to feed the stupid chest trying to get last orb.  Fed it 3 times, twice it wanted those earrings.  Still no orb and again it's asking for the blasted earrings.  Said to hell with that and played Gnome village to get some yarn.  Haven't even looked to see how many I got.

I finally finished one row of minis for Isara and got a quest for the next row, 10, 11, 12.  That's seeming to happen for all the minis I have open.  I got sick of playing those same 4 locations so  I did a couple quests in Moonfell Chamber and it ended up with the bouncer being sick and asking me to play 10, 11, and 12.  I am sure glad that I hadn't done them yet, cause I just don't know what I would have done, I would have been sooo angry.  It's gonna take me forever to get them done cause it's another "get 2 trophies on mini game 11 to open 12" but at least I'll be doing 2 quests at the same time when I do get them done.
