Re: Awakening Kingdoms

Well, I'm way behind you because I had to start over when my hard drive crashed back in February.

And I'm way behind Mila in MC because I didn't start it until the first update and she just plays it more than I do.

And I'm going to be way behind you and Wendy (and mila?) in ART because I just can't be bothered to play such a glitched game.

Re: Awakening Kingdoms

I'm enjoying the new places in ART much more than I'm enjoying playing the same old places over and over and over and over and over...  My shrine game today was the one that had no quests except for minis, and they needed the "2 trophys on prior game".  And my usual 1 molecular lens drop in Stone Circle.  I managed to get some honey nectar somehow and finished a couple quests in there, got to give some glue and other stuff, now it's back to more minigames.  It just really sucks that they didn't give us collections for the new resources.  How many coin and star collections do we freaking need, anyway?

Re: Awakening Kingdoms

In my iPad game, I've managed to follow quest lines that end in finding relic frahgments, but no luck yet with door tiles.  I upgraded Cloudspire to level 4 and had to give 10 dew nectars.  That brought in the quest for mini games 10, 11, 12, which wendy thinks leads to a door tile.  But now I'll need to play Rosetum again (and again and again) to get 36 more dew nectars.

I wish the next iPad update would be released.  That's the one that chnages the prices and values of the food and lets your energy bar refill every 4 minutes.

Re: Awakening Kingdoms

Yeah, the Cloudspire quest for Ria that's sandwiched inbetween Fairy Queen quests is the one that leads somewhere.  When I got there I did the two Fairy queen quests first and that held me up forever.

Re: Awakening Kingdoms

I was reading a thread on the BF forum and it seems the rewards for the achievements for feed the dark chest are a good way to get crystals.  I've feed it 54 times in the PC game and still need to get 2 orbs.

I'm thinking I should start on the quest line that leads to the Dark Chest in the iPad game, even though I don't have all all the door tiles yet so that I can earn some more crystals and get closer to being able to buy that elixir of haste.  And at least it moves the story line along faster than playing the same scene over and over to get to the rank you need to be to find a freaking relic fragment.

Re: Awakening Kingdoms

Ooh, you're doing good with the chest.  I've read horror stories.  I didn't do my Shrine today, too sick.  I just checked in, got my 7th day bundles, and did a few rounds of Druid Hut to burn my excess energy.  If I get down around 600/900 in the morning it's full by the next morning.

Re: Awakening Kingdoms

The Dark Chest is a good way to get crystals.  I used mine to buy Fungus soup.  I did it before the update that gave us the option for that 800 crystals spped up.  I'm still not sure I'd go for that though.

Wendy -- Hope you feel better soon.

I've been thinking it over and I'm going for the Elixir.  It will give an additonal 360 units of energy every day.  8 of the soups will give an additional 800 units of energy every time you level up.  So unless you can level up every 2 days, the Elixir is the better buy, IMO.

In my PC games, I activated the orb and played Apricus Plaza to find those 15 flowers for Mira, then played 4 locations to find MIra for Leena, gave a book to Keegan, played Dawnshadow Lake to get earrings for the Dark Chest, and played Stone Circle to try and make a dent in collecting all the molecular lenses I need to play at least 4 mini games, 2 of which want me to have 2 trophies in the previous games.

I cashed in some sets to get fungi tiles and paintbrushes and pet food and will use a keepsake tomorrow to earn extra coins and play mini games.

Re: Awakening Kingdoms

Right now my energy tank is 1770.  Since I can buy the stew it seems to make miore sense for me to use the Shrine and stews.  I think I have about 300 crystals right now.
