Both the French and German sites have TWO bonus punches for every SE and CE purchased until 31 October (5 punches for CEs, 3 for SEs). Not as good a sale as a BOGOF but great for any PCCs that anyone has. 2 PCCs and you get 2 games and another PCC.
There's only one catch. The foreign-language sites are, apart from the odd games that are released on the same day as the Seattle site, generally way behind on games. However, I'm thinking of getting Left in the Dark: No One on Board and Laruaville, as I wasn't sure about them but with 2 bonus punches I'm definitely thinking about getting them. Has anyone played them?
Buying a game on one of the foreign-language sites doesn't mean that you have to play it in a foreign language. You can still play it in English, you just have to download both versions, although it's slightly different for different games.
So, if there are any games that you're thinking of getting I think it would be worth checking them out on both sites. The names are generally in English (for CEs at least the main game part, eg. Grim Tales) so you shouldn't have any problems looking. However, if you're not sure, you can always check with me as I speak both French and German.

That's interesting stusue. So I gather you can use your pcc and get 3 punches. How do you get the game in English though. I figure you would d/l it off the French site and then what? D/l it again, but off the English site? I thought I was done buying this month and then there was a Boomzap 1/2 off sale and I ended up getting Otherword: Shades of Fall. I am looking for a old game called Sonya. It has been on my list to get if it ever comes out as a DD for over 2 years now. I am tired of waiting for it and thought maybe I could get that one if they have it.

Hi sunshinej! I just checked and the German site has Sonya (and I imagine the French site as well). To find it on the German site you:
1. Click on "? Hilfe", which is "Help" in German and is in the same spot top right on the German site as on the Seattle site.
2. Click on the blue bit on the left where you see a magnifying glass.
3. Click on "S", find "Sonya", then buy it as you would on the Seattle site.
It works differently for different games but I normally have the demo in English on my computer and sometimes downloading the German game will just enable that game (I imagine if the entire game is downloaded as the demo and just needs to be enabled, or whatever it's called). Other times I have to download the German game first, then the English version, which will replace it, or sometimes you get both and you simply delete the version that you don't want.
I hope this helps. I'm more than happy to help if you have any problems/questions.
I actually played Sonya ages ago - the SE version. It's one of the few games I've actually played and so isn't still sitting on my To Play list!

Just when I thought I was done shopping for the month...but who can pass up the chance to get Bonus Stempel or better yet Tampons Bonus.

Merci beaucoup, stusue. J'ai gagné mon jeu GRATUIT !
I got Laruaville and I found a game Puzzle Express which the English site no longer sells. I bought that game elsewhere, but can no longeer access it. Since I know how to play it, it doesn't matter that the instructions are in French.
I seem to have messed up somehow. Although I demoed in English, when I bought, it downloaded the French version. Looks like I have some troubleshooting to do.

De rien, Tirama. Bravo pour le jeu gratuit (j'imagine que ca veut dire un PCC?).
If you buy from the French site and download it it will most likely be the French version (only, I think, if the original English demo is the full game download that just needs to be unlocked will it be in English as all you download is the unlock file). So, if you now download the English version (the demo) it should be fine. Either the game will be in English or you'll have both versions. I've never had a problem buying from the French, German, Italian or Netherlands sites. Good luck!

Don't you have to pay in euros though?

Lordy, now I's got me sum decidin to do! I have about 2 weeks until my GCCs expire and I have to rejoin. I was planning on waiting until last minute or a BOGO, whichever came first. But now this. I have a lot of customer service coupons squirrelled away. I've always hated to redeem because they have no expiration date and I saved them to fill out punch cards. But I'm going to try to stick with the SE versions of most games so this would be a great time to use them. At least I have until tomorrow to decide. Would this promotion end at midnight BFG time?

Yes, I used a pcc. But I can't get the English version to unlock.
I demoed in English. Used a pcc on the French site. I tried clicking on the buy button in the game manager to activate (usually it gives you the "you already own this game message" and activates) but that led me to the cart on the English language site. So I clicked on the download button on the French site (the one that appears on the purchase page) and it downloaded the French game.
I deleted the game and tried downloading from my purchase history. Still got the French version. Deleted that and clicked the buy button on the English site. Doesn't recognize that I've already bought the game.
Success! I just downloaded the TRIAL version (again) from the English site and it downloaded, VALIDATED, and installed. Maybe it akes a bit of time for all the various sites to share purchase info?

I can't really read French but doesn't it say 2 extra bonus punches with a CE but only 1 extra bonus punch with a SE?
