That does seem a bit dramatic, doesn't it Oscar?  But I'd sure hate to be a cop these days, I can understand why they're always on high alert, but it seems awfully dangerous to the general public sometimes.  

We have a thief on the carnival this year.  Everyone suspects the same couple, there's a ton of circumstantial evidence, but they work for the show owner's son and he hasn't done anything.  I've heard that they won't be rehired next year, but there's always rumors going around.  I grew up in a small town and I always tend to leave things unlocked, so it sucks having to be on my guard all the time.
