Well, I have completed the update because I had 19 minutes left on an amulet after Robbery of the Century. No point in really setting up the Blue Key quests (I came up with 8 characters) since DQs are unknown. I did, however, gather all of the inventory for the ZZ portions to likely use for Trina. Of course she only wants wheels, wheels, wheels, so I guess my only "strategy" is rounds, rounds, rounds and hoping for 19 more doable 10 part DQs. Really looking forward to the Fall event.
You have only 19 more 10-part DQ's to do? How many have you completed this month?
I just got game #1 at max level. Since I have a little less than 200 quests to go in that game, I'm going to try and get some blue key people on quests that ask for the contents of the zoom zone. Then, even if a mystery DQ send me there, I can just shard the item and keep the blue key person in place.

Oh good grief! 119 10-part DQs to go. My brain is still wandering somewhere between SC, NC and VA. I reopened my game in the middle of this post to get the number...and did you know I received the Math Award for having a 99 4 year average and now can't even subtract?
Are you still going to try for the Castle Vicinity common ZZs for inventory? Or just get them all on any ZZ and stay put?

I'll probably still prioritize playing the first 16 HOS in the Castle, after them, I'll work on leveling up the new HOS. If we get a Fall room with 3 HOS, I'll probably bounce between Castle and new HOS until they are leveled up.
When all the HOS are at max, I'll bounce between the 16 in the Castle, and playing HOS in the Harbor, East, Fairy Tale Forest, and the Bone Kingdom to get zoom zone openers for Trina. If I decide to play any mystery DQ's, I'll just have to pick up anything I need along the way.

This is what I've been doing. For now, I may set up some Blue Key quests for the "old" 10 part DQs and use the rest for Trina ZZs. I've been playing puzzles for diamonds and ZZ items for Harbor, East, and Fairy Tale Forest. Now I'll add Bone Kingdom ZZs.

I was quite happy to get a new DQ. Included HOS'S from the very newest area

But what about the zoom zones? I lucked out on Special Interest. Instead of the Bow Figurine, I got the Stone Gargoyle. But with most of the new DQ's I've received, the zoom zones have been brutal. I've had the Old Chest and the Mystic Fountain (9 items to open) a number of times. In addition, I've been sent to a lot of zoom zones that require 4, 5, and 6 items and zoom zones that I usually like to park Blue Key people on (like the Brewing Machine) to help supply me with items used by the old DQ's.
It's only inventory, I can't take it with me, but I've already run out or very low on the items that open the Old Chest and the Mystic Fountain, and to play for the item will dramatically increase how long a DQ takes. Would be very unhappy to play a new version of Rare Editions, and instead of taking an hour, it would take me 6 or more because of the zoom zones.

That DQ was Something New. No zoom zones in that one. The HOS's came from every area available to me including Stone Kingdom. I did have to use diamonds to keep moving because the scene was in 2 parts. The ones in Stone Kingdom are particularly hard for me to see but apart from that I was glad to see a different mix. I assume any HOS ( and likely any zoom zone) is fair game. I hope this helps.

EVERY zoom zones is in the mix. I sent a 345 wheel airship, opened the last part, and one of the zoom zones is the GHOSTLY CHEST.
The person who came up with the idea to make the zoom zones random needs to go soak his/her head in the Mystic Fountain and then be locked in the Ghostly Chest for a week or longer.

Just sent (empty) a 369 wheel airship. Don't think that's the highest amount reported, but it's up there.
