I finished Dark Dimensions: Somber Song Collector's Edition, Dark Dimensions: Homecoming Collector's Edition, and Forest Riddles.
Just started Labyrinths of the World: Shattered Soul Collector's Edition. You play as a guy, but the game inserts your name into the letters your sister left you, and that looks odd. Your character is voiced by Brad Ziffer, friend James from the Haunted Hotel series.
I've discovered that I like playing 2 games of a series in succession, but 3 games in a row is too much.
Happy to see that the new Clutter arrived on Big Fish yesterday. Used a PCC to get it.

So, Monday's Sneak Peek said 3 HOPA CEs this week.
But we got a TM CE today, BFG's new CE day.
So when are we getting the third HOPA CE this week?

I have finished:
Crossroad Mysteries- The Broken Deal. Kind of liked it... Didn´t like the ending. Again, liked the music.
Lost Lands - The Wanderer CE. Very good, as always Liked the MiniGames. Not as good as the previous ones, but still very good.
Had to dex Fill & Cross- Trick or Treat 3. It suddenly crashed on the third level in the last "world". Restart another day didn't help, so gave up.
Today I have spent over 30 minutes to dig out my car under the snow... We got over 30 cm (nearly 12 inches) in one day!
Unluckily I still have my regular tires so we can't even get to the car firm which have my winter tires.

You poor thing!
But why haven't you already changed over to your winter tyres?
I'm halfway through Crossroad Mysteries - The Broken Deal and so far I love it!
I died!!!!
I love the really hard to spot collectibles!!!!
I love the really smart interactions!
I love the way everything in the scene interacts when you click on it!
I love the graphics and animation!
I love the attention to detail!
I'll let you know what I think of the ending when I find the time to finish it!

Fudge, the reason why the change wasn't made is that I've spent 9 days at the hospital with my daughter and when we went there, the weather was nice. When hubby tried to get an appointment for the changing the first free time was tomorrow, and now we have to cancel it because I can't get out...
I have finished The Wisbey Mystery today. It was rather bad. It seemed rather old. Sudden ending.

Wow, 9 days in hospital? I hope your daughter's okay!
Hopefully, the weather will clear up, all the snow will melt, and you'll be able to get out and change your tyres as soon as possible!
I've downloaded The Wisbey Mystery but I had to go into town today to sort out a few things and make a doctor's appointment so I haven't tried it yet. I'm looking forward to seeing what I think of it after you didn't like it.

I've just demoed Chimeras: Mortal Medicine CE by Elephant Games.
And I'm SO disappointed!!!!
I thought, great, Elephant gives you the choice of no BBTs, no icon changes and no plus item indicators!
But I was BORED out of my mind!!!!
PROs:
- choice to have no BBTs - nothing, nada, nichts, not a single word!
- choice to have no icon changes over active areas
- choice to have no plus item indicators
- ah, give me a minute while I try to think of something else ...
- nope, I've got nothin'
- the only thing I liked was being able to turn of all help - and that was it!
CONs:
- graphics - each scene was blue with only a few objects in the middle in colour
- graphics - okay but not crystal clear and somewhat blurry and flat 2D in HOPs
- music - was beautiful but you hardly heard any! - yet another SUPER QUIET game
- ambient sounds - without music necessary but just some wind - SO quiet!
- MGs - even one with Hard/Easy choice, were all WAY to easy, not original and boring
- eg. when you turn a piece into the correct position it glows and you hear a sound!!!!
- HOPs - nothing new or exciting, not good graphics, boring
- the VOs were OK but either over acted or bored
- 3 collectibles - yay! - but you'd have to be blind to miss any of them!!!! - they're all huge!
Gameplay: BORING!
- all you do is go back and forth from scene to scene
- either you find something that needs something to be opened (eg. an eye or decoration)
- or you find the thing that you need to open something somewhere
- that's it!
- I finally got to the house where my services had been requested (you play as a detective) - YAY!
- and the Lady asked me to fix her son's teddy bear so he'd take his medicine - hey, what?
I'd been looking forward to demoing this all day while I was out, as with Elephant I can turn all the help off - and yesterday's GAMECLUB code still worked so I'd planned on getting it if it was okay.
But I could only stand about an hour, using hint after hint after hint as I was so bored, until I simply couldn't take any more. After an hour (or a bit less as I was taking notes while I played), I'd done nothing but find objects to open doors/gates/crates/bags ... you get the idea ... and I'd only just met the person who'd requested my services? Talk about the story moving along slowly! The opening cutscene is really good and you really feel for the kids, but then I'm just wandering around a few scenes, opening everything that seems to have nothing to do with the story. I was so BORED and so DISAPPOINTED!
But I just keep on reminding myself how much money I'm saving!
And I keep thinking of all those great games I suggested to Sunshine and how there are more like those that are fun and challenging and INTERESTING, with great atmosphere, and where the story is front and centre, moved along by great gameplay!
But that's just my opinion. Maybe the rest of you will love it! If so, great!

Anki I hope your daughter is okay. 9 days in hospital is a long time these days -- at least in the USA. Hugs and prayers.
Our weatherman had a picture of all the snow in Stockhom on the evening news.
