Actually no, not while I've been doing it.  That's the sticky bit.  The regular dispatcher is away for a couple of months and this is her back up.  I had actually emailed her and said sorry no, hadn't received my work schedule yet.  It's a little more difficult for me now with having two jobs to slot it in although I do like to do it once a week.  I don't want to make a federal case but I thought hmm how inappropriate, does it need to be addressed to someone? I haven't taken a route this week but do have one next week.  It's a lunch thing though so I won't see the regular dinner crowd to see what their take was.  Oddly there has been no email today.

Oscar, it does seem like a scolding.  I'm sure she had a hard time trying to decide what to say and how to say it, but it should have been more of the tone that "Unfortunately, only 3 people responded to my email and I'm really desperate for volunteers this week, could you see it in you to help out?  I encourage all of you to make a weekly or monthly commitment to our cause."    Sounds like she's quite disappointed, maybe she thought she could outshine the regular dispatcher.
Mila, what a smile, and the twinkle in those eyes... and your son must be a young man by now, when his baby sister starts dating, he will keep his eye on her, lol.

That's rough, Fudge.  I'm sorry that you had to lose everything.  I hope it is working like new today.
