few times I tried to get her hair done, but she would always give up and tell me that her hair will not grow to be long again and she do this and that and than I give up.
And do you like this song it's Serbian song for Eurovision.

I liked the song, Mila. I never would have guessed it was Serbian, it's very contemporary. The lady almost seems like she could be a Gypsy, probably the dress and jewelry. Is it a contest for best singer in Europe?
It just played the next song automatically, it was her singing the song in Serbian. It still sounded good to me even when I couldn't understand the words.

No she is not gypsy, she is average girl from Serbia, and I'm happy you liked the song. Eurovision is Europian song contest, so not the best singer but the best song, and every country participate and vote and the country that wins -next year is the host of the show.

As a volunteer, what would you all think if you got this email:This is my second e-mail due to the lack of response to the first e-mail which was responded by two people and one phone call. I wish to thank them and all the people that consistently volunteer for delivery of meals to the elderly for being so dependable and reliable.
then it went on to list all the dates they still needed people.
Am I wrong in feeling like she is smacking everyone's hand?

If the soldiers of all the world become volunteers, some to help old people, some to help animals, some to plant trees, some that give free hugs, some to collect trash, what a wonderful world it could be?!
I'm pathetic
It's hard to find dependable and reliable (I thought that this means the same) person and if somebody say that you are that one - then bravo.
good luck in future volunteer jobs

That's just it, I believe the email is quite pointedly telling those who didn't respond that they AREN'T. It's probably a language thing mmiilaa so no worries.
One of the training things we go thru is that this organization doesn't "blame". It's one of their big doctrines regarding reporting. I just feel that that email would make people not want to respond, or they would in a negative manner. And I am actually one of the ones who emailed her so its not that I'm taking it all personal.
