Tiffany is too cute for words

Lilyr, that photo was probably taken shortly after some bad weather had passed through. That wheel in the corner is part of her carriage which isn't usually kept next to her dog house bed. That's probably a look of reproach because neither DH nor I was able to make the thunderstorms go away.
She's not all that keen on being photographed. After getting combed and groomed, what she really likes is to go out for a walk so everybody can tell her house pretty she is.

You've had some lovely photos of Tiffany. Even if she doesn't particularly like getting her picture taken. From what you've told us about her and thunderstorms, that look could be reproach.

I love Tiff's house. I can totally see her as the princess of the manor.
Fudge - belatedly, no the pic is not Oscar. It is my best friend Winston who I lost a year ago this Thursday. That dog was my heart. I love my guys now of course but he was extra special to me and gone way to soon.

I'm so sorry about Oscar. I had a Springer Spaniel called Ollie who was the love of my life. I'll never, ever forget him. My girls have filled my heart again though, I'm thankful that Chihuahuas are the longest living dog so I hope to have many, many more years yet. I never thought I'd be a Chi person but, oh boy, do they have an excess of character and bravery!

I'm with you on the Chis, Fudge. My husband said he was getting one and I kept saying no way was I ever going to own a Chihuahua, no way in hell. Now I can't imagine not having one. No way in hell am I ever not going to have a Chihuahua, lol. My little guy is the love of my life, now, but I also had my Buddy cat. Got him in Satellite Beach Florida in the early 80s, he grew up in the carnival and would just stroll out onto the midway to come hang out at my game with me, take a nap with hundreds of people going by. He'd follow us to the bar and wait outside to escort us home, always come on the dog walks, didn't mind a leash, traveled all the way out to California with us and ended up dying at our feet back in Plant City, Florida, about a hundred miles from where we got him. He was a totally awesome cat and I still think about him all the time. The family my hubby stayed with (we're with the daughter now) had Springers, two brothers. They both died kinda young. They got them for an elderly mother, bad choice, and the family ended up with them.
It was 50/60ish yesterday, supposed to be in the 70s today, I have the windows open and can hear the birds chirping, just lovely.
Guy roommate got a new XBox, girl won't let him play it in his room because of toddler, when I went to bed him and hubby were playing in our room, when I woke up he had his blanket and was crashed out on our floor! This is such a totally dysfunctional house. Girl was actually bitching at 2 year old because he wasn't eating the popsicle she foisted on him. I asked her, do you hear yourself, complaining because your child isn't eating those empty sugar calories? "Well, he said he wanted it" No, you hold him up and insist he pick something. When this kid is actually hungry he comes to the table and climbs into his booster seat. And eats.
Speaking of eating, we finally got our oven replaced, it was only broiling. I made lasagna earlier in the week and last night I made sweet and sour chicken. I'm not big on veggies, but I love them in a stir fry. If I'm by myself I make it every week. I made my own sweet/sour sauce, it's so expensive to buy it. It was pretty good, I used the pineapple juice, brown sugar, vinegar, and soy sauce. I forgot I was cooking it though, and it boiled over and I lost quite a bit, and the meal could have used that bit more sauce, then it would have been perfect. Hubby is weird about chicken so I use frozen breaded popcorn chicken, he trusts a nugget more than real chicken for some reason, like I said, he's a freaking weirdo when it comes to food. I think it's Mexican tonight.

His name is Snoop Dogg and he's the picture by my name, silly. Actually he's 1/4 pug. I always say he might not win the Ugly Dog contest but they'll let him enter. He's so ugly he's cute.

Doh, I didn't put 2 and 2 together!!! He's not ugly, he's super cute! My friend says my Snoozle is ugly (the one on the right) as she has huge ears and a little head, my friend has no taste!
