I finished AWAKENING: THE GOBLIN CASTLE and was enchanted.  Not so much with the second in the series.  I just started DISCOVERY:  A SEEK AND FIND ADVENTURE and find it quite tedious.  I'll play a bit more (finished the 1st site) but this might be one I end up Dexing.

Oops!  Wrong series.  It was the 2nd LOVE CHRONICLES that I wadn't that thrilled withs

I really liked THE GOBLIN CASTLE, too.  It was second in the series, after AWAKENING.   I played SKYWARD KINGDOM a few weeks later and didn't like it much at all.  I haven't been able to demo it, I have no idea if I want the last one or not.

Re: Finish your games challenge

Hi Wendy, I hope you're doing okay on the road.  I like your signature.

Hi lilyr, glad you managed to find the missing gear.  I'm going to play 9 Clues next, after I finish Reveries: Sisterly Love CE....which is turning out to be such a long game, I'm not even halfway through and I started it a while ago.  Spending too much time in forums and not enough time playing

Hi Puzzled - I'm so happy to see that you found us.  Hope to hear from you soon, but just glad that you signed in.

Re: Finish your games challenge

Hi, Puzzled, glad you made it here.

Anybody heard from Dex?  I sent a PM over at BF but haven't heard anything back?

Wendy - the 2nd Awakening game was Moonfell Wood.  If you don't have it, you'll need to get it to complete your collection.  It was released as an SE.

I tried Blitz mode in Cradle of Egypt (easy level) and did 20 levels before quitting.  Need to get started on Order of the Rose.  I'd like to play that and the last two Dark Tales: EAP games before I start Green Moon next Saturday.

Duh, that's right, how could I forget Moonfell Wood?  Intro to the pocket dragon!  I liked Goblin Kingdom the best of the first 3.

Meg,  it's been awhile,  but I believe you have to finish the game,  then you have the option of continuing to the next farm.  No,  you don't have to purchase it.
By the way,  congrats on getting your ring,  though you didn't need one to be engaged.  But it gives you something  to look at while you dream.

I know I didn't need one to be engaged  we've been engaged for over a year and a half. I would rather him save his money and come visit me instead of give me jewelry but this time we decided to go dutch on the ring. He paid half up front and the rest I am paying off on a no interest credit card from the jewelers. At first, I never wanted a ring but I changed my mind after seeing I could get something simple and elegant but affordable. I'd always pick a visit with him over jewelry anyday

Re: Finish your games challenge

Ok I just finished Dark Mysteries-The Soul Keeper SE. I really liked it and I gave it a 4 star review. Finally BFG put the "get help in forums" back on the game manager, I hated having to go search for the game I just played to leave a review. Almost made me want to stop doing them but now its back YAY . I demoed a ton of games last night and I guess Artifex Mundi finally released their 6 games they promised us. Love that we can use developer names now. That being said...I've always wanted to say how much I loath Alawar games for releasing so many great games for pc and only releasing only a quarter of those on mac!

I also love how Playrix now does Adventure games. I demoed Namariel Legends-Iron Lord and LOVED it. A Definite buy! The other contenders I want are:
Left in the Dark-No one on board
Sable Maze-Norwich Caves SE
Grim Tales-Bloody Mary SE
Strange Adventures-Aurora peak SE
Mystery Trackers-Silent hollow SE
Ashley Clark-secrets of the ruby.....which is a SE but 1.06GB??

Some I'll get at bonus punch monday with my expiring september pccs and the others, I will wait for a sale. None of those appeal to me in CE form...no idea why...

Glad you got my email puzz aka judy xx

Re: Finish your games challenge

Today I bought :
The Snow
Imperial Island: Birth of an Empire, both with pccs.
I am not completing my card today because that would give me a lousy date for my next pcc.  I will wait until next Monday and then I will get:
Forest Legends: Call of Love.  (I like the fairytale story and artwork)

Re: Finish your games challenge

I wanted the extra punch,  so I bought  Surface the Soaring City
intending to use a pcc,  but it wouldn't let me;  I had to use the sale price.  So it worked for you?  How come it's picking on me?
I finished the  CE  (name?)  about radical genetic experiments,  the one with the foppish raccoon.  I thought the colors were awfully garish,
but it was set in Mexico.  Not terribly impressed with the SG,  which I needed,  because nothing you had to do made any sense.  Clive,  the boyfriend of my endangered cousin,  was about as useless as the famous Tim,  only showing up after I'd done all the work.  Still,  it was fun.  I started  Nearwood.  Wow,  the graphics!  I sat mesmerized by the opening sequence,  waiting for it to end,  till I finally realized it was
on a loop.
