Hi, guys. Spent so much time reading threads last night, I had to force myself to go to bed. Had to take my folk's dog to the vet this morning as yesterday he seemed to be in some pain ~ hope it's not bad news. So glad to see Wendy here and glad you were able to reach PZ, and welcome to all the new folks.
It's hard for me to concentrate on anything as I'm so discouraged with BFG right now ~ the recent GM fiasco, lots of games that have problems, and now this. Seems like a heartless group is running the show now; certainly not reminiscent of Paul, back in the day. Although I didn't post much except in our thread, it was still fun to pop in and out of threads and catch up on things. Oh well, as the saying goes, nothing ever stays the same.
Been working on Botanica and for some reason, I'm not that enthralled with it, beautiful but just doesn't have that something special about it.

Thanks barregar
I liked League of Light very much. It´s very easy but fun. It has a jump map and in the CE version which I bought during the last BOGO there were owls and beastiary scrolls to collect and achievments. The graphics and the sound and voice-overs were great.
There has been an update because in the first version the first bestiary scroll wasn´t there so we couldn´t get the last achievment , but that has been fixed.
I think it´s worth the CE-price(I love collectibles and achievements) but the bonus was rather short.

Anki, thanks for your feedback on the game, I didn't know that you had completed it. Nowadays I don't feel like buying a lot of CEs unless I really love it when I try the demo. The only ones I will automatically buy as a CE are by Blue Tea Games, I love all their games and I love FROGS. I also like Elephant Games.
Tee, me too, I spent almost the whole day reading in the Pond and even forgot about my work.
I didn't like Botanica that much, it started out so lovely and colorful but later on I got tired of the puzzles.
Gov, I can imagine how tired you must be after setting up your site with so many diff. threads in it. I will be having a final look in the Pond today, reading as much as I can before it is all gone.

I also stayed up late reading forum posts, but luckily today is a day off for me so it was OK for me to sleep in a bit this morning. I'll get some game playing in later on today.
Tirama, my avatar is just a personal photograph. I used MS Paint to resize it to 100x100 pixels and then uploaded it to Photobucket and linked it here. If anyone wants more detail on how to do this, I'm happy to help. I think this site actually has very nice preset avatars. I just figured I'd use my own because there aren't a huge number of them to choose from.
I'd also like to mention that I'm very happy with the look and feel of this forum. I've found it easy to learn to use, and it's not cluttered or ugly (although I do miss some of the old emoticons). Very happy to be here.

Govols2 - TGT for PCers had already been released for the Mac platform, which is why there were already reviews and posts in that game's forum. And today the Mac people got a game that PCers got last month. And neither game seems anything to get excited about.
Looks like everybody who asked for the url has found their way here except for lilyr.

Is anyone else having trouble getting here. I can only get here when I copy & paste the link that Tirama gave me or from my favorites, when I type in the address I keep getting page not found. Is this because I am using internet explorer? Anyways still getting used to how things are set up here.
I haven't done any gaming since yesterday morning before the big announcement. I can't concentrate and play I keep going back to CCC and just read. 6 more hours left...seems surreal.

sunshinej - the best thing to do is go to the index page and then add to your favorites.
barregar - congratulations on your morph.
So, do we want to have ranks, and if so, what?

Tirama, we are in a whole new world here and I think it's a freedom of choice....I wanted to be a turtle just for the fun of it and the best thing is I can morph whenever I feel like a change. I didn't think of it as being a ranking, it's just a fun thing now that I am not confined to a certain number of posts before I can change.

barregar - people are free to change their avatars as often as they want.
The forum came set up with ranks of new member for people with 0-9 posts, and member for more than 10 posts. I can remove those designations, chnage them, add to them, whatever people want.
