Ali, I have all 3 Dark Fall games but haven't started playing them yet. I so need 48 hours in every day to try and play all the games I want to play.

sandham, I'd really like to know what you think of Twilight Phenomena as I thought it was very easy and I didn't like the raccoon, whether or not you dress him up, so I thought I may not even get the SE. So I'd really like to know if you liked it once you've finished.

I bought (punch about to expire) The Snow from BFG before BFG actually offered it as a second game this morning. They made an error and had the page activated late last night.

Anyhoo, The Snow (Alawar) is a very nice M3 with a story featuring a little girl saving her family and town from an icy spell. You meet some characters along the way and it was done nicely with excellent graphics.

There is a relaxed mode, a challenge mode (with various obstacles) and an adventure mode. The adventure mode had no time limits.

I actually FINISHED the adventure mode. It was relaxing and pretty fun.

You all mentioned Imperial Island: Birth of an Empire several times so, I tried it and used my other punch that is expiring this month for it. It looks like a hoot!!

I'm on level 47 or 48 of Cradle of Egypt. I'm playing untimed.

Been going completely crazy. The options for bolding, changing fonts, etc had completely disappeared. Turns out I have accidentally turned on "compatibilty mode" for this site. The person at MicroSoft who thought it was a good idea to put the compatibility icon next to the refresh page icon has a lot to answer for.

This has happened to me before. Accidentally put BFG into compatiility mode and the effect of that was that I couldn't get the shopping cart to work.

jkuci, did you buy this game since Monday and if so, did you receive a punch for it? I still haven't received mine for games puchased on Monday and sent an email to CS and as of yet, no response. I also saw this morning where some could not DL because of server issues but I think that corrected itself.

I'm waiting to see what is in store for Labor Day Weekend and then punches or no, on Monday I am cancelling and using up all my PCC's and credits. I guess I have till the 20th of Sept. to use them all and heaven knows, I have enough games. Need to get off the treadmill and I've lost faith in BFG and that should make the "buying withdrawal" less painful.

So stusue...Is Nearwood is CE Material? Because if so, that will be another one to put on my ever expanding list of CE games to get. (groan) My list is longer than my credits, that's for sure.

I beta'd todays TGT Left in the Dark, No One on Board. It was a nice average game. Not outstanding nor mediocre. I liked it enough to get it.

Question: Am I the only one who buys all the betas that they do? Fortunately, I don't get too many!

Anki...Calavera: Day of the Dead has really good reviews. I got the SE version and wish I got the CE one instead because of the collectibles. If that doesn't matter to you get the SE because the bonus chapter is not needed for the story.

barre...Regarding made up words. I have a word that I use all the time for any situation. When I am happy or frustrated. Family can tell what I mean by the way I say it. That word is rubbles. Not really made up, but not really a popular word.

hey sunshine, rubbles is a fine word. I don't buy all the betas that I do....in fact there are some that I really dislike. I d/l Left in the Dark, haven't tried it yet, will most probably get it since I like Artifex Mundi. I also d/l The Snow....a M3...yay...it has very good reviews so if I like it, I will get it together with the other M3 Imperial Island...so happy to have 2 M3s in a row. Not buying anything until next Monday...I am curious to see what BF comes up with on Labour Day.....maybe a credit sale?
I will also be getting Nearwood CE since somebody (you know who ) raved about it. I've also got Calavera: Day of the Dead CE, unplayed.

Oh wow, everyone should try The Snow...it's the soft release today. It is a M3...to start, the music is lovely, and while playing the boards you have this celtic tune in the background, I love it. It's not just a simple M3, there is a story behind it, and different types of challenges, you have to play the Adventure mode to unlock the different modes. Gameplay is very relaxing, I don't see any timer, you have to achieve the objectives for each level....not difficult. I am definitely getting this one....how could I resist a game that has snow in it? lol...I love snow.

Hi, Alianthia, welcome, I'm glad we actually picked up people due to the move. I love this thread because we actually talk about our games. And we like all types and nobody hates on anybody if they want more HOGS, TMs, or M3s.

I'm not getting anything finished, but I'm playing. I'm in the Bonus Chapter of Red Riding Hood Sisters. I'm still playing Puzzle Quest 2. There's 4 classes, I've beaten the game on Templar and Barbarian, I'm halfway through on both Assasin and Sorcerer. There's also a section where you're playing as the bad guys and get to use their spells, which are different from yours. I don't know what I'll play next, PQ2 is based on M3 play, so I don't think I'll want to start one of those.

All these new games sound so good lately. I'm on 5Gb a month, and the d/l speed is pretty slow, so I haven't gotten to do many demos. As jerky as my laptop is, I can't buy sight unseen, either. DH said he made a friend who would put a new hard drive in the desktop for free, it would be great to get it going again, I never had a single problem with any BFG game on it. And a larger monitor, too, maybe I would enjoy HOs more with a bigger screen!
