Stuesue, I really love my Zylom and don´t regret it at all  I only pay $6.09 a month!!!

I love my GH FunPass, too, Anki  And I don't regret it, either.    I only pay about $5.70 a month but after 12 months it goes back to the normal price, which I think is about $8.30 a month.    But considering it includes a free SE each month, as well as being able to play all their games whenever you want, I think it's still a bargain!

For anyone's who's interested, Legacy Games has a new bundle deal ... which is great if you haven't got them already.  I, unfortunately, have all bar 1 so it's no sort of deal for me.

It's an Alawar Hidden Object bundle and you get 5 games for the price of 1 ... 5 games for $6.95 instead of $34.75.

Twisted Lands: Origin
Forbidden Secrets: Alien Town
Eternal Journey: New Atlantis
The Gift
Snark Busters 3: High Society

Legacy Games said that as the response to this bundle offer last week was "so overwhelming" they've offered it again this week.

I can certainly understand why the response was "so overwhelming".  However, as I've still got all bar one of the games, it's still no sort of deal for me.    I would have preferred them offer another deal with brilliant games that I really want but that I don't yet have!

Re: Finish your games challenge - 2014

Thank you Anki.  As I said, I'm very cautious about going to sites since I don't want anything to happen to my computer or my personal information.

The game that's going to Steam isn't GLITCH.  That's a game that the chief artist is designing.  Not sure of the name or when it will get there..  If you look at GLITCH you should get an idea of what it was like but I don't think there is any animation on the site now.

February wasn't nearly as bad as I thought!  I finished 3 games and only bought 4 -- 2 SEs and 2 CEs in the true BOGOF we had.

Re: Finish your games challenge - 2014

I finished Botanica: Earthbound Collector's Edition, so during February I finished 2 games and bought 5.  But I did play 150 levels of Free to Play World Mosaics Chroma.

Next I'll play Cruel Collections: The Any Wish Hotel and hope I finish it before I buy more games on Monday.

Re: Finish your games challenge - 2014

If you look at the info page for the CE sale this weekend, it says (red highlighting mine):

BFG wrote:

Do these Collector's Editions qualify for the Big Fish Game Club Monthly Punch Card?

Yes, you will receive one punch on your Punch Card for every Collector's Edition that you buy.

I imagine they've just used an SE template and changed everything except the number of punches for a CE.  But who knows after the latest punch card changes...

Yikes stusue!  Let's hope you're correct.  If not why bother having a punch card system at all?  Why buy games from BFG?  I'm guessing that CS will be inundated again!

Re: Finish your games challenge - 2014

I think stusue is correct about BF using an SE templete.  All the CE pages (except for the TGT) are showing the usual get 3 punches when you buy this game message.

Re: Finish your games challenge - 2014

I have finished Cursery: The Crooked Man and the Crooked Cat CE.  I enjoyed the main game for the lovely graphics as usual.  I did not enjoy the bonus chapter.  It was boring.....puzzle, HO scene, puzzle, HO scene, again and again with no real story.  It almost put me to sleep and I had to get up and find something to eat before carrying on.  I finished it as quickly as I could.  I have always enjoyed Blue Tea games but this one wasn't really great.

I will play Revived Legends: Road of the Kings next.  I'm also playing Northern Tale 2 for a break in between.

Re: Finish your games challenge - 2014

Just looked in the TGT forum.  Since we're all bargain hunters we found out about the no punches on Monday.  Lots of people tried to fill their punch card yesterday and got the same rude awakening we did.  There's a thread about it 6 pages long.  Someone also pointed out what the PCC coupons say...Don't delay! Your coupon code expires on 04.25.2014.     Use your coupon code to get any standard version game on our site, absolutely free. You'll collect a punch for your next card when you redeem your code!
