sunshinej -- I've NEVER been a fan of dash games. Gave up on MKFTP and even ROYAL ENVOY when they had a timer. Good for you!
Urk! Hope that bonus punch gets straightened out! Tirama -- take a screen shot of the help article. I wasn't planning on buying anything until next month.

I sent a email to CS too. Like Wendy, I'm hoping to get a free game. Otherwise I wouldn't have bothered.
lilyr...For some strange reason I think dash games are stress relieving. I don't like them all though, just a certain few.

I just heard from customer service regarding the valentine quest I never received in ART. Basically t said there's nothing they can do to send that quest to me (so, too bad, so sad, I won't be able to get the achievement for finishing all the quests), but they and BoomZap are working hard to see that it doesn't happen again. And they gave me a customer service coupon for my troubles.

I found last Monday that the bonus punch was slow in appearing but it did eventually hit my card. And subsequently the pcc was slow as well.
Thanks Lily re my lily. I have it in my break front on display. It's the first one I've done. And yup I do love my yoga pants. We leave march 7 once school is on break. And the game isn't ridiculously easy, (I didn't mean to knock it like that) I think I just want a little more challenge because I loved Blackwater so much.
Sunshine- Hounds of Baskerville is a game I will play again, very good imo.
I have a bunch of Flo Diner dash and the Wedding Dash games. I like those. And I know what you mean by them being stress relievers.
On the FTP,front they have done an update for Township. My Ferris wheel and roller coaster are working again!

I finished Myths of the World: Stolen Spring. It was a nice game. The hidden object scenes are certainly not jumk piles, the objects are big and easy to find. The puzzles are not difficult at all. On the whole I enjoyed it. To me, it was short and sweet.
Next I will be playing Cursery: The Crooked Man and the Crooked Cat CE.

wow Tirama, it certainly pays to complain to CS. I'm glad they gave you a coupon for your troubles..
I should probably do more complaining instead of just forgetting about it.

The CE of Hounds of Baskerville is really good. The bonus is pretty long.
I checked my punch card again, it still has the wrong number of punches on my card and none of the games I bought are showing. And oddly enough, it has "Bonus Punches" given but not the regular punches for the games. Maybe as soon as the games appear on that page the missing punches will, too. Hopefully we'll get the punches and a coupon
Just got an email from CS. What the new rules say is that PCCs don't get regular punches anymore. The only time a PCC can get even one punch is when it's used on BPM. It gets the bonus punch but not a regular punch, if you get what I mean. I can understand that, sometimes it seems like we get an insane number of games with BPM, but if they're going to change the rules they need to make sure people know about it before they purchase. I sent a reply that I wasn't at all happy and that I wanted the PCC I thought I would be getting when I bought my games. I hope that works. The best I can tell, Customer Service coupons will still work but don't hold me to it.

Wendy, wow that sucks that our pccs won't get regular punches anymore. Are the new rules on the BF website now? I have to go take a look. Now I wish I used all my pccs last Monday when it was counted as 2 punches.
ETA: BF has changed the rules regarding BP Mondays. Sometimes the BP will only be valid for the TGT and other times it would be valid for all games. They don't state that using a pcc will only give us 1 bonus punch on the card on Mondays. I tried looking for that statement but couldn't find it.

How do I get punches? You get punches for every PC and Mac game purchase, including games you buy with Game Club credits, gift certificates, and discount coupon codes. Standard version game = 1 punchCollector's Edition = 3 punchesWe sometimes hold Bonus Punch Promotions so you can get even more punches for buying games!Punches cannot be earned for redeeming a Punch Card coupon, buying a Gift Certificate, or buying an additional Game Club credit. Punch Card coupon redemptions are eligible for bonus punches during a Bonus Punch Promotion.
It's under the section about the punch card itself, not the bonus punch section.

So, they state that you won't get any punches for using PCCs, but that you will get bonus punches on BPMs (assuming that continues) or for any other Bonus Punch Promotion, like those for the TGTs, etc.. From what I read, I understood them to mean that we might also get bonus punches for the TGTs (but not always?).
It makes sense that they've changed it as this way as they will have to give out fewer PCCs. I have no problem with the new rules as I always thought they were mad to give us even more free games when we used PCCs, especially when they started BPMs! HOWEVER, it sure would have been nice to have known even just a day or two before they changed the rules, like before last Monday when I could have used the PCC to fill my card with 2 punches. I can understand why they didn't do it, however, as then everyone would have been using all their PCCs before the changeover to get the 2 punches.
Oh, well, I'm off to now. I'll see if I've heard from CS when I get up in the morning and, if not, I'll use another PCC to fill my card before midnight Seattle time (9 am my time).
