stusue -- Ouch! Your poor sister! I'm glad she didn't have a concussion and am also glad that she's staying with you and didn't take that long flight home. That said -- Yikes! That must have been one bad fall. Did the doctor/hospital have any suggestions about reducing the bump? Since it's been 2 or more days you might try moist heat. Sorry taking care of her has caused you a few problems.
I'd say you got your money's worth with the solitaire game!
barre -- I'll have to try Mystery Expedition. Sounds like fun! I'm looking for a good jugsaw game. I trtied Royal Jigsaw2 but didn't care for it. Any suggestions?

I just got the beta for Danse Macabre, not sure why they even bother.
Stusue thanks for the info on Fantasy Mosaics. I can get it for my IPad for $1.99. I love those games. I swear I did one puzzle 15 times, making the same couple of mistakes and it is always a matter or forgetting to change from the "x"! Aarggh! I did get the one I have currently for free and the other after the first 150 puzzles I had to pay .99 to unlock 12 more rooms with 50 puzzles each. I'd say its well worth it. Sometimes I don't know what the hell the picture is supposed to be but for me the reward is finishing with three stars not what it looks like. I'm looking forward to trying that Solitaire as well. I love Fairway but have gone off it for now.
For your sister:

SUE! I am soo sorry to hear what happened to your sister! Stairs are annoying. This is the first time that I have lived in a house with no stairs in about 25 years and I've noticed it really makes a big difference in terms of pain management. No more lugging groceries up the stairs. Here's hoping for a speedy recovery!! Glad it wasn't anything too major!
My mom just got shoulder surgery on her right arm, the dominant arm of course to clean out her arthritis. I didn't even know you could do that. But my dad and I are taking care of her however since Im in pain 24/7, helping her has caused me to flare up for the past few days and I have been on lots of pain meds and just feeling crappy. She is healing up just fine but its hard for me to try and help her when I can barely help myself sometimes.
This past weekend I went crazy! I waited til BPM and then bought everything. I only bought 4 CEs but I got 6 SEs, a Nevosoft game, a pcc and the day before that had gotten 2 in the valentines sale so that got me SIX FREE game coupons. Holy crap. Did not expect to buy that many but decided to cut down on CEs as its just not necessary for me in some games. But here's my list:
Love Chronicles The Spell SE
Love Chronicles Salvation SE
Druid Kingdom-
Witches Legacy-Hunter and the Hunted-SE
mythic wonders-philosopher's stone SE
Emerald Maiden-Symphony of Dreams SE
- farmington tales 2-winter crop-
Obscure legends-curse of the ring
Amaranthine Voyage-The Living Mountain-SE
Prisoner of Destiny CE
Raincliff's Phantoms CE
guardians of the 3 CE
spirit wolf CE
Kingdoms Heyday
Right now I am currently playing Nightmares From the Deep-The Siren's Call CE. So far, I LOVE it. This is a MUST HAVE CE unlike some of the others I have...

Glad to read your last line, Meg, cause I bought the Siren Call CE, too.
I've been playing FTP exclusively since sometime in January. I was playing Madame Fate's Carnival CE, I decided to get playing it again this morning. Of course I had no idea where I was or what I was doing. I pressed the hint and transported there, acquired an item, pressed hint again, walked there this time cause it wasn't too far and I figured it would get me involved with the game again. Got there, used the item, and the game was over Guess I should have played thirty more seconds the last time I played it Now for the bonus stuff It was a neat twist how I got rid of the bad guy, though.

Meg -- I'm so sorry you are having more pain helping your mother. I'm glad she's healing well. I bought that CE too. Of course I haven't played it yet! Like Wendy I've pretty much been playing F2P games. Once the Olmpics are over I'll pick a couple of games.
Wendy -- The only part of FATE'S CARNIVAL that I've played was a bit oif the Beta. Since everyone said it was so long and the Olympics were coming up I decided to wait. I'm glad you enjoyed it! Some other people who loved it started over after they hadn't played it for just a day or 3 and had forgotten where they were. I'm glad you didn't!

I have finished Hypnosis. It´s a very odd game. The Nevosoft guys really have a quirky humor
It was fun, but I got stuck a few times, and it´s very long!

The only games I have on my computer are 3 Free to Play games.
stusue - a few days ago you asked whether World Mosaics Chroma was timed. The game does tell you how long it took you to complete each board, but there's no magic time you have to beat in order to advance.
You have to play each board in order and after each group of 25 boards, you must have a certain amount of stars to advance. You can earn up to 3 stars for each board: 1 for competing the board, 1 for making no mistakes, and 1 for earning a score equal to or surpassing the target score. You only need to average 2 stars per board to advance.
You start off with 3 lives, and lose a life if you make 3 mistakes on the same board, however, the lost life will regenerate over time (around 60-70 minutes). The paying $$$ comes into play if you want to skip a board after you lose a life (99 cents), or if you want to buy extra lives or power ups. The powerups are probably necessary on some boards to "earn" the target score.
As you advance, the boards become more complicated by adding more colors, up to 4. Each color has its own board, and the push pins represent squares where another color will go. as you switch from one color board to another, the found color squares will replace the push pins. I'm not describing this very well, you really have to try it.
Using different boards for different colors allows the game to be more challanging without making huge boards (with teeny tiny squares). No need to count higher than 8-10, and even those numbers are rare. There's only 125 boards right now, but you can scroll through the map and replay at any time.
I recommend that anybody who loves nonagram puzzles give this a try. There's hours and hours of playing time and it's free! And it has the option of setting up a cloud account (you log in with an email account and choose a password) making teh game portable from one computer to another.
correction - there's currently 150 boards to play.

I just finished Riddles of Fate: Wild Hunt CE, as well as the bonus game and Secret Room. It was a nice game and I enjoyed it, except for the dark subject matter about Death. I really enjoyed doing the secret room which is just a recap of the HOS and puzzles...that was fun.
Next on the agenda is Myths of the World: Stolen Spring. I have managed to finish quite a number of games lately because I'm not playing my FTP games too often. Awakening Kingdoms is always freezing on me so I'll leave that one alone for a while until it gets fixed. I'm just playing ART once a day to do the Valentine's Day quests.

I have finished Mystery Tales: The Lost Hope CE. It was a fun game.
I liked the HOP:s, you did them twice, first you picked up the objects and the second time you replaced them. The animals you found were cute after you have transformed them with the crystals.
The jump map was very useful.

Oh, Meg, poor you! I'm so sorry all your pain has flared up and is causing you so much discomfort. But I'm really happy your mum is healing well.
Oscar, my sister asked me to thank you for the lovely flower you sent. Her youngest daughter sent her some flowers and they also have lilies and match perfectly. Well, they will when they open.
