I had a post all written with what I got yesterday and the whole dang tab disappeared
Stusue, tell sis we're sorry about her fall, hope it doesn't turn into something serious and I think it's a good thing she didn't get on that long flight.
Just checked BFG and saw Archie, dling now, With all these free games I don't have mu;ch need to buy any games. I wonder how much more money they make off these than a regular game. I don't spend any money on them and if I hadn't already pretty much stopped buying because of finances I would pretty much stop buying because of FTPs. I used to fill a card or two every month with Daily Deals and other sale games, but I haven't spent hardly any real money since the Mother's Day GCC sale almost 2 years ago. I bet I haven't spent more than $50 since then. What with waiting for BOGOs and only paying membership 3 or 4 times a year, they're really not making any money from me. I'd bought some GCCs when they had the 25% off sale, just in case, and I probably have enough to last me the rest of the year.
I bought
Hidden Expedition CE
Nightmare of the Deep Siren's Call CE
Mysterium
Dangerous Games
Awakening Skyhook
Haunted Train
Amarinthine Living Mountain
Mythic Wonders Philosopher

Sunshine, I noticed from your list that you finished Fall of the New Age CE. Was it a good game? I haven't bought it yet so I'm curious.
barre...If you do get the game, I don't think you will regret it. It is a really well done adventure game with just a very few HO scenes ( silhouette style). I got the CE from Gamehouse and there wasn't many extras. You do collect stones that are used to read 4 scrolls (if you get all the stones) containing subjects like astronomy and some other subjects. I did use the SG a few times and even using the wallpaper right now. The bonus is about 1 hour. The main game ends okay and if I was just playing the SE I would have been satisfied with the ending. The bonus just rounds off the story more. I don't know if the SE has the collecting the stones ipart. I really like it and it had some unique features in it.

sunshine, thanks for your comment on the game. I plan to get it on a BP Monday.
Today I tried the new Mystery Expedition: Prisoners of Ice. I quite like it because it takes place in the Arctic...I could really feel the atmosphere of the game. I don't think I've played a game in this setting. There are morphing objects, achievements, and coins to collect which you can use to purchase items in the igloo...all this in a SE game. It goes into my wishlist.
I have uninstalled Archie FTP game....got tired of it and didn't feel like carrying on.

I just did a Beta on Dreampath the Two Kingdoms. I really liked it; it may make me rethink my boycott of HOPA's. It's about dragons.
Does anyone have Clutter 3 ? It's much better than the first one, or maybe it was the second. Anyway, if you like puzzles and mini-games, it has a good selection. Also, you can choose, for instance, to have a timer or not, a treadmill or not. You can skip around, skip anything you don't like.
I also bought Royal Jigsaw 2, & like it. Got that and Pantheon Monday. Cashed in my solitary remaining gcc, but got 2 games plus 2 extra punches.
Getting tired of the FTP games--so much repetition. Just got to level 18 in MC, though, so will persevere for awhile.

sandhan, wow, you reached level 18 in MC and I'm still at level 17. You must have spent a lot of time playing that game. I'm getting tired of it because it's the same HO scenes all the time so I thought I might as well be playing my regular games.
I just finished Mayan Prophecies: Cursed Island. It was a nice game and I enjoyed myself. It had a proper ending.
Next I will be playing Riddles of Fate: Wild Hunt CE.

I finished Hidden Expedition Hope Diamond. It really was fun. I didn't get all the achievements and somehow missed 7 of the emblems. I missed one gold crown and morph object, both in the scene with the training film. That was my only negative in the game. I found that scene very hard to watch.
I started Theatre of the Absurd. Wow the initial cutscenes and creep factor of this game are a 10. This game is quite different from the norm for me. Those that are faint of heart should steer clear! I generally play my games in the dark and this is an eerie one. I am thoroughly enjoying it. The hos are a little dark but they are very well done. I'm not sure what was added to the CE but this is a stellar game so far. The puzzles are fairly easy but some different ones. The addition of your powers in your arm are something new for me, that being said I think this is a fairly old game. If you haven't played it I'd say give it a look.

Barre, Govols, lilyr, Oscar, Tee, Sun, Anki, Tirama and Wendy (I hope I haven't missed anyone), both my sister and I really appreciate all your best wishes. My sister asked me to thank you all. She said that she feels all warm and special, knowing that people from all around the world, whom she doesn't even know, are thinking of her and hoping she recovers soon.
Yesterday she woke up very stiff and sore and so spent most of the day in front of the TV, just watching the Olympics, but even that hurt as the back of her head has the huge, now even more painful lump and her neck hurts even more as well, so it was really uncomfortable for her, hurting to lean her head back against the headrest but having even more pain in her neck, not leaning back. But her headache wasn't as bad, nor her thigh or ears, but her knee was still really bad. But at least the shock had worn off and her normal pain killers (taken for really bad athritis throughout her entire body, especially her chest) are helping with the pain so she's coping without having to take anything else. But I sure was happy when she finally got up yesterday so I knew she didn't have a concussion and had woken up.

So, sitting in front of the TV all day (when I wasn't running around, looking after my sister and getting anything she needed, like food and drink, which sure hasn't helped my own health) I managed to finally finish all 400 levels of Legends of Solitaire - Curse of the Dragons! ** thud ** AND I got all the achievements! I didn't think I'd ever finish. Now I just have all the free-playing levels to play - and who knows if there's an end to those! However, after playing in Story Mode with all the powerups and when you can buy extra cards if you have the money, suddenly in the free-playing levels (2 types) you have to do it alone!
But wow do you get your money's worth with this game! It also has a story with a toe-tingling narrator's voice and great graphics, and you can go back and play any level you want and hear the story again, although you don't get gold stars or anything on each level so there's no need to go back as there's no score to better or anything like that (you just have to replay any set of 10 levels again during the game if you fail to reach all the goals in that set - each set of 10 levels is a new location in the story). It's definitely a unique Tripeaks game and I loved it and recommend it when it comes to BFG!
I loved it so much that I actually used my very first PCC on GH to get it so I can keep it. And wow, is it easier to use PCCs on GH than on BFG! All your PCCs (with expiry date) are listed with all your purchased games in your account and, whenever you buy a game, on the purchase screen, the next PCC is listed with a box next to it that you simply click if you want to use it, or leave unticked and pay if there's a sale or code you want to use! It's that simple! No trying to keep track of when your PCCs expire, or having to find the email with the next code, or using them on a Monday by the end of the month and having to work out how to fill punch cards, as you have 6 months to fill a punch card and then (I think) a further 2 months to use them. But it's all so easy!

I also managed to demo - and purchase because it's SO hard that I wanted to keep this one - a new nonogram game on GH - Fantasy Mosaics. It says that the boards are bigger than any earlier Mosaics game. I don't know about that but after only a few levels I was up to 20x15 boards that I kept on making mistakes on and I had to replay and replay ... and replay and replay and replay ... until I finally managed Bronze and could then continue. It's by far the hardest nonogram game I've ever played - and I'm only up to level 12 or something out of 100! It's certainly not easy to get Gold, even at this early stage!
But it doesn't help that, not only are the boards big, but you have so many numbers for each row and column. That makes it really tricky. However, what also makes it difficult, and what I really don't like about the game, is that you have to be super careful with the cursor. If you want to fill an entire row or column, for example, whereas with other games you just start in the first square and then just zip your cursor in the general direction of the bit you want to fill, with this game if you're putting in squares but your cursor exits that line, you'll lose all the squares you've already filled in. And, if you're putting in dots for the empty squares, wherever your cursor goes it'll put in a dot, whether it's in that line or elsewhere, which meant that I kept on making mistakes when my cursor went into a square that I didn't want to put a dot in. But all that just ups the ante and makes the boards even harder to finish. And I really needed to fill in all those dots with the immediately large boards and so many numbers!
It also has HD graphics and with each level you add something to your Zen garden. The music's also supposed to be Zen-like music but, unfortunately, it didn't do much for me so I'll be playing my own music while I play. It's supposed to be a calming game but not with the difficulty I've mentioned! But then perhaps you'll all find it really easy.
So, if you like nonogram games and love a challenge, I highly recommend this game when it gets to BFG.

I tried the demo for Danse Macabre: The Last Adagio CE. The story is reminiscent of the Phantom of the Opera. Lovely graphics, collectibles, achievements. If you don't want to find the hidden objects, you can switch to marble shooter game. Definitely getting this one as a CE.
In the other SE I tried yesterday, Mystery Expedition: Prisoners of Ice, if you don't want to find the hidden objects, you switch to jigsaw puzzles and they are really nice one, with different types of jigsaw pieces each time.
