I have been so sleepy lately. Bedtime is usually 10 pm and I can barely hang on until 9 pm. Just the other night I went to bed at 7:30!!
I have been playing
AK - Slowly getting those lamps from coral caves.
Clutter - I was so happy to finish the big & small card find before the timer ran out. Took me many times.
Vampire Legends: The True Story of Kisilova - Linear game, but not bad. VO are really good.
The Longest Journey - This one is getting shortchanged because I usually play at night. Made it to Arcadia in Chapter 2.

I started playing GameHouse's new TM today - Demigods - but stopped after 4 levels as I was just so totally demoralised (and it was time to go out for lunch ). The first couple of levels were easy and slow and I thought that it must get more complicated later in the game. But I sure wasn't expecting it in level 4!
I love the graphics and the animations are great - eg. whenever you fix or upgrade a building, the building jumps up and down and there's a dust cloud eddying all around the bottom half of the building, which looks just like real dust. However, it's all too much for my poor, old computer and it runs really slowly and froze a few times. It also took about 20 secs to load each screen. I so need a new computer that can cope with these types of games.
I also loved the way the paths go under and around and about all over the place, and all the different things you have to do, some of which I haven't seen before - eg. you have to collect certain things to raise part of the sea bottom to get to another part of the scene, then again to leave. But there's just so much to do in each level! You have to do the usual - clearing the paths, fixing buildings, etc - but when you click on the buildings you have the choice of upgrading them or going there to collect more goodies (what they produce is automatically added to your inventory - YAY). There's also heaps of other things to do. You get your powerups from temples you have to build but you can go there to make offerings to get your powerups as often as you like, as long as you have enough for the offerings.
I only wish this one came as a PE so that there'd be an SG that could help me to get 3 gold stars per level (for 3 different goals) without having to play each level over and over again. Maybe I should just stick to the Untimed Mode (there's also a Normal Mode, which I played, and an Expert Mode).
But it's definitely on my To Get list, especially as I have lots of PCCs to use!

Heavens, sunshinej, what on earth have you been up to? I hope you aren't sick! Hopefully you've just been doing too much gaming and tiring yourself out!

Dear friends, I need your help
I have a very difficult dilemma Zylom also have started with Fun Tickets, for the same price as BFG (1 SEK cheaper). The problem is that you have to pay the whole amount (for a year) right now,
I asked hubby and he said it was OK if I stopped buy additional credits and games (even on sales!)
at BFG. My problem is: is it worth it???
I would like your opinions and thoughts around it
Maybe about GHs Fun Tickets too.

No, I haven't been too sick. Just a never ending runny nose going on 3 weeks now I haven't been doing a whole lot. I'm learning a new craft that is super easy. Making rag wreaths out of fabric. Going to do a Valentine & St. Patrick's day ones and hang them on my door.

Anki...I have never heard of Zylom before, so I took a look.
With funtickets at Zylom you can get 1 game per month just like at BF and for $59.88 a year that is much cheaper than BF which is 83.88 a year. So if you go for that deal will you have to give up your membership at BF?
I guess the things I would be asking about if I was you is:
What is my favorite type of game?
Is there a wide selection here?
How often do they offer a new game?
Who is my favorite developer and are their games offered here?
I have a funpass at GameHouse and with that I can play almost all of their games for $15.90 a month since I got it when it was on sale otherwise it would have been $21.20 a month. The thing is that I don't own the games I play except that they do give me 1 credit to use a month and I can get 1 SE game that is mine to keep.
I also kept my membership at BF since Gamehouse does not carry any games from my favorite developer (ERS).
Hopefully, the others will be able to give you some better help.
ETA...Fun Tickets are different than Fun Passes. When I was new I was confused about the meaning of each.

Anki, I, too, checked out Zylom (in Germany) and guess what I discovered ... Zylom is the European branch of GameHouse! You could have knocked me over with a feather. That's why it has the FunPass and Fun Ticket memberships, just like GameHouse.
I'm not sure if you mean that you'll have to give up BFG totally or just keep your monthly membership and not spend any more money there other than that. I, like sunshinej, have kept my BFG membership for all the CEs that GameHouse doesn't get but have a FunPass membership with GameHouse to play as many games as I want without having to pay for them, as well as get one free game every month. I also prefer GameHouse's rewards program to BFG's as it's much quicker to get free games and you can use the games for $1.19 (less if you get them on a discount day) to fill the punch cards, which last for 6 months (not one month as on BFG), and you get the first 2 punches free if you have a membership with them (unlike BFG).
I noticed on Zylom that it also has the really cheap discounted games like GameHouse, so you can get some games really cheaply there as well. What I didn't see, however, was the rewards program that both GameHouse and BFG have, although that isn't to say that it doesn't have one.
I agree with all the questions sunshinej suggested. But for me I think your biggest question would be if you want games in Swedish. Didn't you say that your daughter likes playing games in Swedish? If so, wouldn't Zylom be a good choice? But I'd recommend a FunPass rather than Fun Tickets as that way you and your daughter could play as many games as you wanted without having to pay for them, plus choose one SE to keep every month. The only negative with that, though, is that I imagine there aren't as many games there in Swedish as there are on GameHouse in English. But I'd recommend the yearly FunPass as it's half the monthly FunPass fee and the same price as only 2 Fun Tickets per month.
I hope that made sense (I'm SO ) and maybe, possibly, helped you a little. Feel free to ask any questions if you have any.

Hi everyone !! I have been lurking but haven't felt much like posting anywhere. Been in a bit of a slump.
Haven't played much real games. I did finish Mosaic Galore. That was crazy hard but it is done. Haven't seen the FTP World Mosaic. Where can it be found?
Still playing ART and AK and Midnight Castle. Well not really playing MC because I have reached the end of what is available so just waiting for an update. Not really liking AK that much. I have several quests and they all seem to involve those manuscripts. Love the update for ART though.
Had thought about playing Township but no one on my FB plays that one.
Still have the 3 IHOG's I bought in January sitting on my desktop and I think Mystery Trackers is coming out this week or soon anyways and I love that series. Really need to get in the mood to play them.
Hope everyone is doing ok. (((((hugs)))))
((((Gov)))), it's been a while since we heard from you. Glad you decided to post and not just lurk.
The FTP World Mosaics can be found in the link that someone posted here...just scroll back and look for it, I can't remember who posted it, maybe sunshine? I did get the invite from BF to try the game in my email.
I read about MC and not being able to proceed further once a person reaches level 18. Guess I'll take my time to play that one, I'm now at level 17. I'm loving ART more than AK but play both of them everyday. I try to make time to play my bought games daily and my stash is dwindling, especially since there has been no BOGO sale and I'm pre-occupied playing the FTP games.
Who knew that the FTP games would help me to save money by not buying as much games as before.
ps: I found it, it's post #321 by Tirama, with the link.

Stueseue, I knew that it was a GH site (For me the CS is in The Netherlands)
In Sweden they have no punch cards, but they declare that there are gonna be special prices for members... The regular prices are horrendous $42.68!!!
I never buy games there if it ain´t a sale.
In Sweden we have one of the hightest VATs (in the world I think) 25%! It´s always a lot of calculating when buying online.
When I buy LFs GOG are very good. They say: One world, Fair Price. That means that you pay the price that´s stated and they pay the VATs! Sometimes it´s cheaper to buy a more expensive game at GOG than for lesser price at Steam due to the VATs.
I didn´t know that you get a free SE on GH with Fun Pass, I like to own things
I asked my daughter about Zylom and she said: It´s not worth it
Maybe I shall take a look at GHs Fun Pass...
BTW I will still have my BFG membership.
