thanks for the good thoughts. I feel much better this week thank god. Also, I am sooo jealous of all these sales on gamehouse and other places. I have most of the games on gamehouse already and legacy has barely any mac offerings. They only have 2 pages whereas they have 26 pages for pc players. Once my fiance is out here permanently I will have a PC since he has an extra laptop (long story) and then I can finally get some of the many games I want that have never come to mac like the 1000 doors games and others.
I just finished Patchworkz and I gave it 5 stars and I LOVVVEEEDDD it. I wish there were more games like this. I don't think the mosaic one mentioned is out for mac of course lol
Im currently playing Scrapbook Paige, My kingdom for the princess 2, heroes from the past-joan of arc & Cursed Fates-Headless Horseman. I am enjoying all of these except for the headless horseman. I find this game way too easy and its way too linear for me. No backtracking so great for someone that hates that. There is no map but each chapter is a new area so there is no need for one. Every time I get an item, I use it right after and I guess I just like a lot more challenge although I do like relaxing games but for some reason I am quite bored by this one.
I see pc users got My kingdom for the princess 4....I think it would be REAL nice if alawar would release the 3rd one for mac users. HAHA I wrote that in the forum, probably got deleted but oh well.
I purchased Mystery Trackers-Silent Hollow SE this weekend as a DD. Didn't plan on getting this one but for 2.99 and to make my punch card even, I went for it. BPM I got stray souls-dollhouse story SE & Farmington Tales. Since dollhouse story SE has morphs, why bother with the CE?
I demoed Orneon's Fatal Passion Art Prison CE this weekend and I can't stand it which saddens me since I own every Orneon game and they are one of my fav developers. I hate the sound effects and I dont like to turn them off because it takes away from the game overall. I dislike the graphics although i think the storyline was a great premise just not executed well.

Now for FTP games. I tried Playrix's Township which I really liked BUT its a total waiting kind of game. Each task takes a few minutes or even an hour depending what you build or are doing so either you have the game bucks to pass it now or you wait it out. When you do the tutorial, it goes by fast because it makes you use the bucks but then on your own, its just waiting. Basically one of those games you do a bunch of stuff then close it and come back to see if its all finished. I can't say I really enjoy those types so we'll see if I keep playing it...
I am still playing Found by elephant games. I think Im on level 38. I ran out of gems and its sooo tempting to purchase more but I have to stay strong because I do not want to pay real money for this thing. This game is annoying too though because even though you have a lot of energy and can play the game in long blocks of time, the quests become impossible because you have to charge collections and you need certain items and even after playing the rooms over and over and over again , you very rarely get the items you need therefore the game goes nowhere hence why I won't spend money on this game lol
I just downloaded a game by G5 called Secret Society or something like that. Apparently its really popular and I haven't tried it yet but it was like 1GB so thats a big file for an ipad game. My dad has a 64GB one though so I think it can handle it.
Also, I cannot stand Dark Manor and the sliding of screens not to mention it was really dark and hard to see and just did not do much for me. I dexed it. Speaking of dex...haven't seen dex for a long time.
ahh its like 3am, talk about not paying attention. ok time for bed and hope everyone is doing good

For anyone who bought Fall of the New Age and hasn't played it yet. There is a glitch in the library basement. At the window you must get the metal bar and the oil can at the same time, if you miss one you can't go back to get the other. I got the metal bar and totally missed the oil can and game would not let me go back so I had to start over.
Hypnosis is quite the bizzare game. Totally different from anything I played before. You enter people's dream world by hypnotizing them and do battle with whats bothering them. It is almost like 2 games first find out what's wrong and fix it and then do battle with their demons. The battle part is actually more of a strategy game. You can skip that part if you want. The battle part gets harder as you go and I had to restart a few battles to win.
stusue...I'll be on the lookout for Demon Hunter. Thanks for listing the discounted games. I always forget to look for them. I have to demo that mahjong game. My computer has a nice mahjong game that came with it, but with that Space Mahjong you get so much more.
Meg...I agree Patchworkz is a fantastic game. I still pick at my game to try to get the 3 stars for each one, but I am getting tired of that so I want to delete my profile and start fresh all over again.
Whenever someone mentions that they dexed a game. I often think whatever happened to dex?

I played 10 more levels of Call of the Ages. Couldn't play anymore, I had just played M3 mini game in free to play ART over 50 times.

I've been moving since last week so I've only popped into my FTPs once every day or two to use up my energy. Wow, moving is hard work! We tried to save money by using the car and pickup but I think we ended up spending more in gas, and a lot more in time. It's a UHaul next time for sure. And it was raining for 3 days before we started so we couldn't get any outside work done or put boxes or bags outside. Supposedly we will sell our old RV today, then I can get on with my life. It's been a nightmare for the last week. Place we were supposed to get fell through last minute and we ended up in a totally different part of town.
Because of all the worries and stress I forgot to cancel my membership so I sure hope they have a real BOGO sometime this month. I don't even really know what's out, maybe by this weekend I can start getting caught up. I'm missing Fate's Carnival.

meg -- Glad you're feeling better. I never finished the 1st MKFTP and didn't buy any of the others. I hated running out of time. Even ROYAL ENVOY annoyed the heck out of me. I never finished that either. I loved both NORTHERN TALES since you can play intimed. There was a game I trialed a long time ago like PATCHWORKZ but it was more like stained glass. I wish I could remember what the name was. CURSED FATES sounds like my kind of game! I finally finished VACATION ADVENTURE: PARK RANGER. It's quite a long game. I'm replaying it now. I really can't start anything new since I'm a major Olympics junkie and I'll be glued to my TV set.
Tirama -- There's an M3 mini in ART?
Wendy -- IMO moving isn't any fun no matter how you do it.

I started Web of Deceit Deadly Sands. So far it's pretty good. I don't like the constant "if I had eight legs" comment if you click on something. I also don't like how they have done the achievements. It says you don't have it, but doesn't tell you what you need to do to get it.
I tried MCF Spirits of Blackpool. It has fabulous graphics. So far it seems to be HO heavy with tasks completed by doing the HO scenes. Nothing special so far game wise though. I'll have to see as I go along. No scrolling side screens!
Meg - for me that is part of the charm for Township. I can do my chores so to speak and wander off for a couple of hours. Check back do a few things, maybe do some construction. As you go on some crops take 12 hrs to grow and some buildings take 24 hrs for your construction guys to build. then they take a break and eat their lunch until you have the materials to complete them. Factories are different when the build it done its done. I enjoy the game and find it relaxing. I like seeing my town spread out. I even have a little amusement park now.

lilyr - the M3 games are in the tailors. You don't receive any collectibles, just coins and experience. But you can play a lot of them in 30 minutes.

Also for anyone who may be interested - perhaps sunshinej - GameHouse has a 30% off sitewide sale for 48 hours, code CLOCK30. This code is also valid for all their already discounted games, which had a few changes today.
Thanks, I just got Home Sweet Home 2 Kitchens and Baths for $1.39 with the discount and filled a card so I get 75% off my next game. I'm also thinking about the Demon Hunter one, sounds good and you only need 4 games to fill a card there. I could consider it a birthday present

I have finished Shadow Shelter. I liked it very much
It was HOS heavy but fun and a very useful jump map.
Thanks Stuesue for the tip of Demon Hunter I´m downloading right now and have 3 stamps on my card (all bought for $2.95 ).
