I am calling Gardenscapes 2 done. I am having a technical issue after the last scene. The game will just not let me close it, I cant even c alt del, I actually had to turn it off. I can't go back in under this name to keep having sales to get the achievements. But the garden is all fixed up so I am done. I noted there was an update July 2013, perhaps that solved the issues. Generally I try to remember to check these things if I am playing an older game, lesson learned I was playing from an earlier dl.
I disliked Jack and the Sky Kingdom so much I didn't even get the SE!
I sure hope I don't have the same problem as you when I get around to finishing Gardenscapes 2! 
But I suppose I'd better play the first one first.

Bad news guys. The vet called and the tests came back that it is cancer. My dad is out of town until Thursday. We are going to figure out what we are going to do then. Though my dad says that he wants to get a second opinion. The vet did say that we can do radiation or chemo for three sessions. But that would only get her a year.
Misscat, I'm so, so sorry! How awful for you all. 
You'll all be in my thoughts and prayers, especially now as you work out what's best to do for Lexi.

On the contrary to Tirama, I´ve been buying games like crazy this weekend
GOG have a summer sale and I bought The Night of The Rabbit, Memoria (both Daedalic),Cognition (Erica Reed, 4 episodes), Tales of Monkey Island (5 episodes) and as a special treat to myself: Broken Sword 5 (Season Pass): The last one was "only" 50% off but I couldn´t resist to hit the Buy button
Now nearly all my Mothers Day money are gone...
Anki, sorry nearly all your Mother's Day money's gone. However, you did get some great games with it! 
I've also been keeping an eye on the GOG sale. Don't they always have the most fun sales? 
I already have most of the games you got (Memoria, Cognition, Monkey Island) but I also got The Night of the Rabbit, as well as Lily Looking Through, Fahrenheit and Papers, Please. I didn't get BS5, even though I've already got 1-4. I'm waiting for the price to come down. I've played 1 and 2 and, I think, half of 3.
I've also added 2 to my wish list for when they're cheaper as one was only 30% off and the other 50%. I wonder if there are any other games I'd like to get... 
However, I'm trying to decide if I want to get NCIS. I got an email from Gamers Gate to say that it had been discounted - and it's 75% off - but it's still nearly $8! It's been on my wishlist since before the dinosaurs got knocked out of existence by a big hunk of rock, but I normally try and get all adventure games for under $5. I'm trying to decide if I should treat myself or wait until my next life to see if it gets any cheaper.

Stuesue, haha, yesterday I bought A New Beginning- Final Cut. It was only $1.99 so I couldn´t resist . The reason why I bought BS 5 (earlier I had decided to wait until under $10) was because my daughter and I are playing BS 4 now, and I miss Nico...
I also have put some more games on my wishlist. I hope the sale ends soon

I just remembered I haven´t heard anything about the coupon either and I had Awakening uninstalled because I never play it anymore.

Thanks everybody. It was definitely a blow since the vet thought the mass looked like it was benign. But we are just going to take one day at a time right now. My dad is out of town until tomorrow. When he gets home he's going to talk to the vet to find everything else my mom was too upset to understand or remember. And then we'll go from there.

I started a new game last night called Stranded Dreamscapes: The Prisoner. I am liking it very much, it has a nice smooth flow to it. The puzzles I have seen haven't been very hard and has a few HO scenes scattered around. I am playing in advance mode and no sparkles to show where the HO scenes are. Your helper is a teddy bear, but considering you are playing a aunt who is helping her niece and the teddy bear belongs to the niece and the bear gives insight to your niece. The teddy bear fits into the story nicely.
I stopped playing Shadow Wolf Mysteries: Under the Crimson Moon for now. I think my problem was that I wanted to restart playing the series from the beginning and didn't want to keep playing this game without playing the other ones first.
